The African man is the absolute worst pharmacy tech I’ve ever dealt with. He was talking about my insulin syringes extremely loudly after refusing to serve me through the drive through. Extremely humiliating and I will be taking mine and my family’s business elsewhere.

Worst service ever, if I was able to give 0 stars trust me I will. Today they had 3 employees plus the doctor and everyone who dropped their medicine request were told that the wait was from 1 hour to 1 hour and a half. Guess what that didn’t happened, plus I am the only customer and still waiting for my 6mo old baby medicines. This pharmacy crew instead of helping and expedite the process they just decided to re-stock their pharmacy. Once again worst customer service ever.

Every time I come to this pharmacy to pick up my medication there is an issue. They never run my secondary insurance & always act like it's not going thru..yet after i always leave it seems to work. Last time i went they gave me half of my prescription it took 2 days of me calling to get the remainder. Please keep in mind that it was a blood thinner & im pregnant with a clotting disorder. I had to go 2 days withough my medication. Fast forward to a week later..the pharmacist called me personally! Asked how i was, apologized for the mistake & said my new refill was ready for me to pick up at any time. The automated machine called me twice & i received an email stating my prescription was ready. Sent my daughter to get it the next day & guess what??? They said it wasnt ready & ALSO they couldnt get my secondary insurance to go through. Never using this pharmacy again for any prescription that i need on a regular basis.
