What is up with the pharmacy? Is this a real licensed pharmacy? They don't act like it and when you google their address (2403 Cales Dr, Arlington, TX 76013) it shows a little house or maybe tiny weird building on it's own with no parking lot. They are non-responsive. They don't always send refills on 90 day prescriptions. Last one I got was 4 months ago and I can't seem to get them to send refill and/or respond to me or the doctor who prescribed.

If I could give you zero stars or negative stars that would more accurately reflect your true ability to provide good service.nnI could not believe that the service rep I spoke with today couldn't even see any record of a conversation that took place just one day before. It feels like OptumRx is a lot more concerned with revenue margins than anyone's health.

Zero stars needs to be an option! The ABSOLUTE most ridiculous INCOMPETENT customer service ever. Total disregard for life, health and wellnBeing of patients. Their incompetent employees listen to respond which is why they don’t understand anything and their communication skills is so terrible.

After hearing about my cancers I was told I had to order my meds (IBRANCE) thru Optum RX. I was very upset that they were my only source for this medicine after I read these one-star reviews. But when I spoke with Marquishia for more than half and hour I was so so happy I decided to contact Optum RX anyway. Marquishia went above and beyond to help me, even reached out to the manufacturing to get a coupon for me. She explained the process in details and once she knew I had everything I needed she transferred me to the pharmacist and stayed on line until I reached that person. I believe you get back what you dish out which means when you treat people well they will treat you well. These people speak to so many sick and confused callers and need our patience and understanding. They should be treated the way we want to be treated. No difference.
