I LOVE this care center! Yes, care is the perfect word! Stellar nurturing team from the minute you walk in the door! They know your name and your fur babies names too!nnI was very frightened by my dogs abnormal behavior and called in. Although they were busy, they accommodated me, ran tests, pinpointed the issue and put my mind and heart at rest.nnBest place for animal care ever, I have been with them for years and they keep getting better!nnThe Veterinarians are all well vested in medicine and the most up to date treatment protocols. Compassionate and gifted, I wouldn’t take my fur family anywhere else. Top notch!

Very friendly, kind, and knowledgeable staff! I have 2 senior cats who are scared of everything, and they have done everything they can to make my girls comfortable. They have also recommended diet changes to keep them healthy in their older years and always been available for consultation. I would recommend Creature Comfort to all my family, friends, and their fur babies, and I will definitely continue to take my animals here ud83dude0a

I have been taking my pets in for over 15 years. The doctors are wonderful. I especially admire the love and attention they give your family pet. During COVID-19 the communication is great considering that we can’t go inside the building yet. Thank you Creature Comfort for the great care you give each day to our furry ones!

This place is amazing! I’ve spent 2 1/2 years trying to find a good place to take my pups to and be cared for appropriately, as well as treat the owners with respect as well. When I came across this place 3 years ago, I immediately felt comfort. The environment is alway full of happy and energetic employees who actually seem to love their job! My dogs first doctor was Linda West, but she sadly suddenly passed away just over a year ago. We miss her a lot! But I still take much comfort in taking my dogs here, because they all show the same love Dr. West did. I don’t think I could ever take my dogs anywhere else ever again.

My family and I have been bringing our animals here since I can remember. All of the doctors are spectacular, but Dr. McGrath holds a special place in my heart. She’s amazing. I live in Plano and drive 45 minutes anytime I need to take my dogs in.nThe front desk staff is equally amazing!nI don’t have experience with boarding, but veterinary services are top notch.
