The people in the pharmacy are so rude. They feel like they can talk to you any way. I was yelled at in one ocasión and when you ask questions they get an attitude like it’s not there job. Hello...education prevents medication errors!! I wish they would address this. I’m switching pharmacies

I pulled into the pharmacy drive thru 10 minutes before closing because that’s the time I get out of work and the pharmacists refused to give me my prescription. I was in line way BEFORE closing. Out of all the CVS’s I’ve been to, this one is the absolute worst. Don’t trust the five star reviews, these people are terrible! Trying to get out of this pharmacy ASAP, what a mistake going there in the first place.

Horrible service provided by the pharmacy. So I came to pick up my meds, I didn't have my I.D but had my passport!!! They told me I cannot pick up my meds with passport. So I had to come to following week. I brought my i.d, but I used my passport since it was a different rep. She accepted my passport and I asked why did you all not accepted it last time I came. They said it was a new employee. Bull Sh×××t, not true... they just don't know how to do their jobs and have poor customer service.nnStrongly recommend CvVS on Brown Blvd

I was prescribed a medication from my doctor's office apparently they were out but instead of helping me out trying to find another cvs to fill they told me good luck. Also they lost a prescription that my doctor sent in last month.
