The employees at this particular CVS are amazing. They provide excellent customer each and every time with every customer! The store manager Leslie is the best and she will help you with anything you need once you enter the store. I recommend this CVS for in-store purchases and pharmacy prescriptions.

Contrary to most of these comments (majority concerning pharmacy, not front store), this CVS is excellent in customer service. There are dozens of couponers who choose to shop at this specific store because any other location in Arlington are rude or do not try and help to the best of their ability whilst following the coupon policy. Their coupon machine always works (while neighboring stores are always out of service).nThe only complaint i have, is that the store is outdated and hasnt been upgraded while the other stores have.. although I know the employees have no control over that.

I will drive from North Arlington all the way to this location just for the customer service. Especially when i have coupons with me. If a coupon isnt working, the employees explain to me why.. which helps me learn. Any other CVS in the area just says “its not working, idk why”

I went to the pharmacy with my family on Sunday for a COVID test. The pharmacist aide is whom I dealt with initially and I have never had an aide to back and forth with me about a procedure I don’t care about but she just needed to verify with management. I was trying to get my daughter test not realizing kids must be a certain age for their test.nThe manager came to the window initially cutting me off which was rude because we had not spoken. I drove a distance for this apt in snow which was fine but the staff could be a little more considerate and brush up on proper customer service because that was awful. If my children were not there it would have went a different way for sure. Please learn to be more willing to listen and respond versus going back and forth with a customer. That’s bad business
