Manager is very nice. I had a problem with my my OTC card. She was so kind. She took my name and number to assist me with the problem on the corporate level. She also provided me with valuable coupons to purchase store products for the inconvenience. I consider this a genuine act of caring about your customer. She went beyond the call of duty to satisfy me and remedy the situation. I am so ,so grateful. No one owes you anything. She was kind and respectful. She had good verbal communication skills.She knew her job well. She quickly de-escalated an embarrassing situation. She made things right She handled the problem as though it was happening too her. This lady should be commended for outstanding service,,superviser,and person.

Hello a few weeks ago I went to the store to buy cigarettes I am 26 years old I have my passport of my nationality which certifies fear and my identification the store discriminated against me for not being American and never sold me cigarettes in my life I buy again in this store

DO NOT SHOP AT THE WALGREENS IF YOU OR YOUR FAMILY HAVE HEALTH ISSUES. MY DAUGHTER HAS ASTHMA AND THEY WERE NOT MAKING CUSTOMERS WEAR MASK, NOR DID THEY EVEN ENFORCE IT. I ASKED THE MANAGER AND HE SAID IT CAME FROM CORPORATE NOT TO QUESTION OR ENFORCE WEARING MASK. SO IF YOU LOVE YOUR FAMILY DONT SHOP THERE. PLEASE SHARE MY POST SO PEOPLE BEWARE OF WALGREENS AND WONT GO THERE DURING THE PANDEMIC.
