I have been an Arlington resident since 1992. My son will be relocating with the Air Force and will one, as well come December 2020. I have been calling the city with many questions and I cannot be more satisfied with the service. Everyone has been friendly, polite, professional and has provided accurate information. The most remarkable aspect has been how expeditious the entire process has been. I am so happy to be an Arlington resident and extremely glad that our son and family will be, as well. A thank you for everyone who helped me and a special thank you to Amy Lopez from planning. I hope I have her last name right.

I would put 5 stars. But I drove around that building 3 times!!!!! Looking for it, they need to have BIG ADDRESS number's !!!! The lady at the desk was amazing and very fast. Or I just went at a good time. Lol.

The Arlington City Hall is very logically laid out. I had a question about building a fence. If you go up the stairs to the left, that department is right there. I talked to the very helpful Catherine Osborn, and she was both courteous and knowledgeable. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.
