Every time we've gone to this pharmacy, we've had very quick and sensible service. Even if there is a line, someone comes out and asks the next person to come to the adjacent area so they can be served. We've had nothing but great service at Brookshire's pharmacy in Bullard!

I called in to verbally give them my insurance information to speed up the filling process. I explained I was short on time. They told me NO that there would only be a 5 minute wait total when I arrived and that they preferred to have the card in hand. I arrived to wait 8 minutes have a 2nd person come to the window and ask what I wanted which required me to re-explain myself....then be told it'll be another 15 minutes!! Unacceptable!!! Here I am on minute 20 of the 15....still waiting. Oh and i forget to mention I had to circle around repeatedly because they dont want the folks in line behind me to wait but its ok for me wait... got it. Smh. I will NEVER fill another prescription here again!

We have used this pharmacy for 3 or 4 years now and it isn't improving. Staff doesn't seemed to be trained and there is constant confusion regarding how to complete a transaction. Staff is unfriendly and doesn't communicate well or understand processes or questions. The last six or seven times the doctor has called something in for our family, it has been at least 3 hours before it was ready. I continue to use this pharmacy out of necessity and convenience only.
