Terrible, overpriced service! My battery died, which caused the stereo to lock. Told me they had to pull the radio out, and it would cost $140 to unlock it. I don't believe it, because this happened when I first got the vehicle and the mechanic had it unlocked in less than 5 minutesnnSo much for customer service. Had the vehicle since 2002 and it's a great truck that I won't get rid of. The service writer suggested putting in an after market stereo. What a jerk.
