Service is poor, waits are long, prices are higher than other options, and selection is minimal to nonexistent. The only saving grace is that it’s attached to Costco. Even then it would be faster to go to Just Tires and then shop after.

Got there at 815 and just needed a tire put on cause I had a flat. Tire was already off the car, it would have take maybe 10 min. Buy they would not help me out. Saud they could put me on the schedule for the next day. Not helpful at all.

Never again will purchase tires from that place . One time was told no need to have no appointment for rotation and balance and when was there ,need to wait for 3 hours . Absolute no organization . Very disappointed

Very slow. Had appt & I still had to wait almost 2 hrs. They find any minor excuse void your warranty, eventhough my vehicle was meticulously maintained w/all rotations & alignments. So basically the warranty is worthless.
