Top down, customer service and friendliness to all humans and pets: A++. Love the care & attention they show to customers and the kitties up for adoption.
Best selection of dog food in nacogdoches. Although they are about as over priced as a vets office. If you want your dogs to have a healthier lifestyle this is the only place to shop.
The workers were impatient for us to leave an otherwise empty store. If it had been close to closing, I would have understood. But it was the middle of the day. They have very little to choose from for small birds. What they do have is not the healthiest and not the best if you want your bird to live a full life. Sadly this is the only pet store option in town. It's very disappointing.
Great store for pet products and the employees are always very nice and helpful.
Don't hate the place never been to the store. Did go to Verizon next door to petsense
