On at least 3 separate occasions I was forced to wait, and eventually asked to “loop around to the end of the line” because our insurance information needed to be updated. I would completely understand this request if I had new insurance, however the last 2 times I specifically asked them to ensure the information is saved to avoid wasting time again only to arrive the next time and have the exact same experience. Apparently the “save” button is just too elusive for these people

Super Service and helpful, the pharmacy runs to HEB standards, which means pretty much everyone in south Texas loves HEB for their efficiency and prices.

This Heb pharmacy never lets me down... They are super helpful... They suggested a few apps that have coupons like goodrx and instead of my prescription being over a hundred dollar it was only $34

Worst customer service EVER! Was hung up on 5 times before I used the physician options, after expressing my frustration with being up on she simply asked for my prescription information without even acknowledging that I was hung up on. I understand times are stressful and extremely busy but being rude, especially when you work in the medical field is unacceptable. This location has had issues with customer service way before COVID-19 and now its even worse! SMH

1- have been given expired prescription medicine here (their own label clearly stated the expiration date)n2- insurance denied paying for a prescription but they never called to tell me anything, just didn’t fill it and had to continue on a generic medication I was having side effects with
