Saved the day!!! I was in a bind with some slacks that still had wrinkles after sent to another cleaners (yes, I should have checked them earlier so I take some blame for that). I called Carl's Cleaners and they were very accommodating. Even though they were about to finish up cleaning for the day, they waited for me to come over so they could get the wrinkles out for me. I think I was in and out in under 15 minutes and the pants look great! Thank you Carl's!!!

I highly recommend Carl’s Cleaners because the quality of the dry cleaning and the outstanding customer service! Steph and Tammy went above and beyond to help me with questions I had about rug cleaning (and they are just a drop off!). I love supporting this Boerne business!

Recently moved to Boerne, started looking for cleaners and found Carl's. I needed alterations and laundering done to my wife work clothes. The alterations were not completed and the laundry still had some of the same stains that were in the clothes from when I dropped them off. No good, So I took my wife's clothes to Toudanines, where we have gone ever since.

Ruined a $600 suit, and fed me the standard lawyer letter stating they had no responsibility and it was a manufacturer defect. Looked like it had been laundered. Took it to Penner’s, where I purchased the suit, and they said no way was defect, but still offered me half off my next purchase, even though the suit was perfect before Carl’s cleaners got a hold of it. Do NOT recommend this business. User beware, as there are other reviews for this company that mirror my story.

I have no idea what happened to this business but is no longer it used to be. After 18 years of doing business with them I have decided to take business somewhere that the customer feels welcome and appreciated. No owner for more occupied will allowed more than 3 weeks in addressing a customer issue and then calling without an apology for the delay in their responses. Best wishes for all your future endeavors. Good bye
