First time we came here it was a work stop. We weren’t expecting anything other than the typical KOA which I do not like. The layout is spacious and easy to navigate. Amenities are about average for KOA except that this one has a river and a lake to fish (which actually hold fish!!). To our surprise the high point is Gary the manager. He is about as friendly of a person you’d ever meet and handles everything with the perfect “don’t worry about it, we’ll work it out” attitude. So here we are a month later and in the same spot next to the playground (kids). I’d recommend this spot to anyone including my parents.
My husband and I travel a lot with our jobs and stay at many RV Parks. This KOA is very clean. We are currently staying here and plan to for another 6-8 months.. The entire staff is friendly and willing to help out in any way needed. Always available if you need something. Laundry room is big and roomy, there are many amenities here and they are all well maintained.
Great value! Best WiFi yet out of 13 campgrounds we stayed at this trip! Staff is super friendly and helpful. It is close to the highway so if you want a quieter experience request a spot towards the back.
Everything about this park is well run and friendly. Gary is very nice; i used their bathrooms, showers and laundry--all very nice..... but unfortunately the park is 300 yds from Interstate-10
Gary at this KOA is an Great manager and always ready to help around the park and he’s Available any time you need his assistance ,He’s friendly and a asset to this park
