I had my truck serviced there and the entire team was courteous, quick and efficient. And the work was well done. You can tell when a company cares about its customers and @FordofBoerne clearly does. Thanks to the entire service team that helped - Danny, Dave, Jeff and everyone else.
They kept my car for over a month and when I picked it up it wasn’t fixed right had to take it back for another week and then told me I had to pay them what I had already paid to pick my car up I had the receipt they argued with me said pay or you can’t have it. Had to call the main manager of the store to let them know what he was doing to get my car back!
Great service, they took care of my car, fixed what was wrong. People were attentive and listened to what I had to say. I highly recommend them.
I went in for an oil change, which was done very timely ( no more than an hour) All staff was very nice and super helpful! The environment was very clean, they had water, coffee, and hot chocolate in the lobby.
Always excellent service! Professional and friendly! I've been with this dealership since 1997 and they never disappoint!!
