My thanks to a very aware young man who was doing a free tire pressure check for me here who discovered I had a bent out rim on one of my tires. I guess one or two of those curb encounters had a lasting effect! Today I walked in an hour before closing time, was waited on by a very professional, friendly and honest young man who gave me excellent service and a good price on a rim that they had in stock. Every employee I encountered was polite and helpful. I even got to sit in my car while the rim was replaced. Very pleased with their efficiency, service, price and professionalism. I plan to go back when I need new tires!

In the world we live in now a days you can kiss customer artifice good bye. NOT WITH THESE GUYS!!! They are top notch! Thank you for being so kind, genuine, and helpful. I know y’all probably deal with a lot of people on a daily grind but it doesn’t show. Keep it up!! I will forever refer to Boerne Discount Tire!!!

So as long as I have been purchasing tires and doing business on all my vehicles, this has got to be the worse experience. Bought tires and asked about quality of tire before buying, I was told they were in the “better” category. After putting these tires on (05 Tundra) the truck vibrates and shakes at speeds between 50-75. Spine with sales associate and all he said was,”you bought a lower brand tire so”. They will do a rotate and balance only. Wish they would have told me that when I bought them instead of saying they were in the “better” category. Phantoms in my outright now, are NOT good for a Tundra.

I discovered a nail in my tire and a slow leak from it. They were extremely busy but managed to fix my problem very quickly. Great professional staff. Clean facility. I highly recommend.
