Kevin and Dylan gave great customer service. They treated my elderly mom honestly and helped her out when she couldn't figure out she had a bad battery. They explained the differences in choices which made her feel she was making the right choice. Thanks for the great customer service and concern for my mom's well-being. Went there today to purchase to halogen headlamps. A young lady, with a name tag that read, BO , not only sold them to me, but installed them for me in a matter of minutes. She was such an angel. Thank-you so much.
One of the worst customer service experience I have ever had.I would give them no stars if I could. If you have any questions about a product. They are rude & have a bad attitude. They act like your stupid if you don't know what you need. They never say Thank you or your welcome. They should have Oreilly's teach them a few things. I would stay away from them & use Oreilly's.Tell everyone you know
