Love this place! On sales trip through the area & rear differential was going out. Took the '98 SUV in & Ramon explained the issue, the solution, the projected cost & time line. He & Sergio fixed & it was picked up a day earlier than projected & for 12% less than what they thought it would cost and quoted me. Truck runs great and now on it's way the last several thousand miles to 500,000 original miles. These guys fix it within the time and budget expressed, fixed it correctly and communicated throughout. Definitely give them a try. I would absolutely go back if and when I might be driving back through that area. Thank You Ramon & Sergio!
[updated 2021] I don't know what happened. They started off great, but got expensive real quick. Their prices are the same as Christian Brothers Automotive, and lack the 2 year warranty that the chain outfit offers. They're good at what they do, but their prices are right up there with bigger outfits. Knocking a couple of stars off my original review which is below.nnI've used Diaz automotive for both our cars, and both times we've had our cars serviced we've been extremely satisfied with their work. Their prices are fair, their service excellent, and their turnaround time is fast. I highly recommend them and will continue to do business with them.
Very quick service. They got me in for inspection quickly as a walk-in, and I was back home in half an hour! Sergio was very friendly and professional.
