We have 2 dogs and 3 cats and Northside Animal Clinic takes care of all of them. The staff and doctors are great to work with. They offer good explanations and they are flexible with treatment plans in an effort to save you money. We trust them with the furrier side of our family. They do their best to eliminate treatments if they are not needed and take the time to explore the problem to help come up with the best and most affordable options.

Had to put my cat down. My normal animal clinic was closed so I booked an appointment with Northside. I have never been there before but they treated me better than any animal clinic I have been to. Gave me all the time I needed to say goodbye to my buddy of 16 years. Never rushed me and always asked if I needed a minute to myself before we continued. A few weeks later I got a card from them with their condolences. They also sent a clay paw print from my cat's paw. I have never had anyone go above and beyond like this clinic has and I highly recommend them.

I want to thank Dr. Jones and his amazing staff for taking such wonderful care of our 4 and a half month old black Labrador Piper. She has been with Dr. Jones since we brought her home at 8 weeks old. She is always so excited to see them each time we go. I appreciate the professional and caring way they interact with her. We are so please with everyone there at the office. I cant say enough about how happy we are with everyone. Thank you for being the awesome team you are.nCyndi Gilliland -Cooper

We have recently started going to this clinic, and they are wonderful! The staff is friendly and informative. They are consistent with reminder emails and confirmation calls. Our dogs are well taken care of here.nnCurrently, they are doing curbside visits, which are both considerate and effective!

The vet services are professionally delivered and the staff is friendly and helpful. Customer service has been very good. Their number one concern is for the animals they treat. They respond to questions and concerns thoroughly and promptly. Their curbside service system has worked great during the pandemic. I strongly recommend Northside Animal Clinic.
