The owner of this shop was one of the rudest people I have encountered in the area. She lied to us stating that she could not align our vehicle due to missing parts and nuts being loose. I asked her about the parts that were supposedly missing and she said that the people that changed our front end components would know what she is talking about. When we went to pick it up, we attempted to speak to the mechanic about the supposed issues. She came flying out of the office telling us not to approach her mechanic and got very loud, stating that we couldn’t speak to her employees. She said that she is the owner, it is her place, and we can take it to Módica Bros if we don’t believe her. We took her advice and went to Módica Brothers where they had zero issues aligning the vehicle. They also confirmed that all parts replaced (by me, btw) were installed correctly with nothing loose or missing. This woman obviously didn’t want to serve us.

Great shop! This place is a small town business the people are honest, hard working and get the work done fast. My car needed a pretty good bit of work under her carriage. Suspension, steering&control, I'm just very pleased overall with the work done and how quickly it was done. Front desk was very professional and she explained every thing the mechanics found that needed addressed. I had a few diff places look over"e it, this is the shop ill be issuing for now on. Thank y'all
