I started going to Grove Auto Body by having a simple latch fixed on my Fiat, fast forward to a couple weeks later and I wrecked two vehicles in a week. George and his staff went above and beyond to get me back into a vehicle in record time, the work was outstanding. I highly recommend this shop, they care, they’re professional, and their work is beyond amazing. Thank you for taking such great care of me and my situation. I really do appreciate you!

I already had the part for my Dodge Charger. I just needed it placed on. They did an awesome job. It was done quickly and at a reasonable price. Anytime I have to have work done on my vehicle, I'm coming to them.

Long post, but here we go. I lived in Beaumont, but was suppose to be moving to Michigan 2 days before my car was wrecked. Obviously I was pretty upset. When I arrived to the shop George let me know the repair would take about 2 weeks, but they would do what they could to get it done early because they knew I was trying to move (not the time I was hoping for, but such is life.) Grove’s Auto Body texts every other day to let you know the track of your vehicle repair.nThe day my car was suppose to be ready (the day before I planned to drive to Michigan) I received a text message letting me know the repair had been extended a week. For how I was feeling, distraught is an understatement.nNow, I’m not sure if George is the manager, owner or an employee, but he completely understood my pain and it seemed like he FELT it. This repair shop actually put my car on a flat bed trailer and drove it to Michigan FOR ME a week after I had left and when the car was ready. The customer service I received from this company was unmatchable. I would not recommend friends or family go anywhere but Groves Auto Body.nAlso, my car looks fantastic.
