Way to busy ud83dude12 I went there and there was over 20 cars in line. I left and came back a couple of hours later, and I was 12th in line. Took over 30 mins. to get to the window. Deadline today, but had to get it done. ud83eudd37
Terrible customer service. Received a shut off notice even though I’ve made payments and have proof of those payments. They can’t even provide a solid explanation for why a balance shows but are adamant about getting paid.
TERRIBLE PLACE, STEALS YOUR MONEY AND WILL NOT WORK WITH YOU. ELECTRIC RUNS THROUGH CITY HALL IS A MONOPOLY THEN THEY WONT WORK WITH YOU IF YOU CANT MAKE THE SCHEDULED PAYMENT. EVEN DURING THIS PANDEMIC THERE IS 0 TOLERANCE TO BROKE PEOPLE.
