Leaf Howard the owner is pretty decent guy but the business has definitely slopped downhill from what it used to be and they are priced alittle high on something's but also others is normal or as expected. His genius expert that sells all his products Tommy act like he knew everything even though he gave me 4 of the wrong size door speakers for my Chevy and charged me a $120.00. But over all it was alright.

First off I hate leaving reviews like this but with this company after seeing mixed reviews thought I'll try them out and this is what happen to me... They are polite here and they labor is responsible hint the 3 stars but they sell way over MSRP on product the speakers they installed wasn't what we agreed upon and the MSRP from pioneer for those speakers are 80 dollars I was hit for 160 and 130 a set so overall I would use this company but would not recommend buying product over MSRP from them

Hubby was told to bring his police vehicle in to have the lights he already purchased,put on and wired in to the previous wires that were there from the other policeman.They said to bring it in Thursday at 10 when they open and itll be done by 6 that evening. Well it’s Saturday and it wasnt done til 5:30.They ignored calls from his number so calling with a different number,they answered only to say couple more hours. Saying other customers coming in after us want theirs done now. Well no duh,we do too. We were first in line and want it done as a paying customer too,$430 later even though we brought our own lights and control box. After all of that,one of the lights were totally crooked. No way you couldn’t notice it that crooked on the front.Hubby fixed it.Also smelled like cigarettes when he got in. We do not smoke so didnt appreciate that at all. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
