I will never ever take any of my vehicles to this shop again in life . The service is horrible and they will beat you everytime. All they want is your money.
I had a problem with my truck not wanting to start and I could tell it was a fuel pump issue but also assumed it was electrical. I told them this 3 times and they assured me that they would check everything. 7 hours later and $425, I picked up my truck. Filled it up and it would not start, same issue. I replaced the fuel pump relay and the problem has gone away $23. I went up there to discuss this and the owner basically stuck his finger in my face and said you need to shut up and leave where did you get your training! I took my old fuel pump with me to prove it’s still good and I will be going to court when I have proof. I will never do business here again!!!!
I called to see about getting a radiator replaced. I'm patient, so as I'm asking a few questions regarding price and how soon I can get the job done I end up spending almost 10 minutes on the phone with the business. It wasn't 10 minutes of conversation, but 10 minutes in silence waiting on an approximate cost. When I was advised that replacing the radiator, not including the cost of the radiator, was going to be $500, I mentioned I'd have to save up a little some money. And right then the guy hung up on me. I'll never go here for assistance with vehicle issues, very pricey and horrendous customer service.
