I dropped my package off here , and after a couple days tracking never updated. They said they didn’t know what happened couldn’t find the package, and they would look into it. I’ve never got a call regarding updates and I called them after week or so and was left on hold for an hour. The manager named Linda was the one who said she’d look into it , but obviously wasn’t any help. So I lost my package and the money I was supposed to receive from the buyer of the package. And to top it off last year they lost my income tax I dropped off, same thing said they’d look into it and never got any call backs or updates. This place is a joke, drop off important packages and mail and they’ll lose it, and you’re paying them to do it!
I have been coming here for a few yrs now and it's been always a good experience with the best greeting and customer service. I come to make copies fax documents and sent out mail. Been helped in very professional way and if you are in a waiting line they acknowledge you at all times.. that's why I personally give them their well deserved 5 starsud83dudc4fud83dudc4fud83dudc4fud83dudc4fnThank you!!
Skip the post office line and go here. Also pick up on PPE on sale.
Sign at door states “No mask, No service” yet all employees don’t follow their own rules. All employees were not wearing their mask correctly and others weren’t wearing a mask at all.
We've used US mail & more for years, I love that I can drop off my packages & receive great customer service everytime.
