My wife left a prescription thanksgiving eve. She got a text at 8:25 pm saying it was ready. But they closed. This site said they were open on Thanksgiving so i went and no. Theyre closed. She needed a very important anti biotic for her eye. And now she doesnt have it. I told her to stick with heb. We'll never come back here because they are apparently unreliable. They could have been open for a few hours for customers who need their meds.

I'VE ALWAYS HAD MY CHILDREN'S MEDICATIONS DISPENSED HERE SINCE BIRTH, GOING ON 12 YEARS. I ALSO WORK FOR A MEDICAL OFFICE NEARBY SO I HAVE TO ALSO DEAL WITH LEE'S NORTH AND SOUTH ON A PROFESSIONAL LEVEL AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE BOTH WAYS. THEY ANSWER THE PHONE AND ALWAYS SEEM ANNOYED AND DON'T EVEN LET YOU SPEAK OR EXPLAIN YOURSELF WHILE CUTTING YOU OFF AND PUTTING YOU ON HOLD RIGHT AWAY. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT EVEN SUB PAR, YOU WOULD THINK SMALL LOCAL PHARMACIES WOULD CHERISH THEIR CLIENTS BUSINESS BUT LEE'S OBVIOUSLY DOES NOT CARE OR APPRECIATE THEIR CUSTOMERS WHATSOEVER.
