Worst pharmacy service provided by a Pharmacy tech by the name of “Manny” and the Pharmacist who in the process of trying to clear my medication , violated all my privacy rights on sharing my diagnoses and personal information. Had to get the store director Mr Albert involved the clear the mess they created for not following simple instructions given by my physician . After all the privacy laws where broken Mr Albert was able to clear the situation. I will give a 4 star for the general store for handling the problem and 1 star to the pharmacy department for exposing medical condition to personnel not certified to handle patient confidentiality .

Thank you Selene for helping my mom! She was so grateful for your service!nnIve always been happy with the customer service at this HEB, but today the pharmacist, Manny, made a big difference in my day that was not going too well. Its difficult when you have a child with ADHD that NEEDS his medicine just to get thru a normal day. His medicine helps him so much he is truly a happier kid. Long story short, i was having trouble filling it bc i had changed his medicaid provider and now it was going to take days to get it approved again by the Dr. But Manny went the exra mile for us and althoughit was close to closing time he made phone calls to get it approved for us today.nThank you so much Manny the pharmacist!!
