Edit on 2/11/2021: The customer service I received today, while picking up my order was fantastic. The employee, at the online orders corner, was very helpful and informative. They suggested to use curbside as a potential option, for future orders. I will definitely look into using this service.nnOriginal 1 star post: I placed an online order and never received confirmation from South Texas College bookstore. I got a confirmation from paypal, of all things, that the transaction was successful. I tried calling, during store hours, 19 times and was sent everytime to voicemail. I will be going in person from now on, during a pandemic. Crazy bad online/over the phone service.
I actually found a book cheaper here than anywhere online for once. The snacks are a little pricey but varied and the place, overall is so incredibly convenient.
Never expected to receive such horrible service from them.

Book store female manager today, Thursday 20, 2018 at 8 am, didnt want to replace my acces code i bought for $120 (brand new) I asked nicely and all i got was a un-professional attitude with an unsatified answer. A.K.A sell false online access codes.
