Not professional. Guy didn’t know how to open the hood so started yanking on it. I have a power steering leak that I know I have. Claimed it was leaking a lot of oil under the car but the oil level hasn’t moved since its last oil change. They got oil drops all over the top of the motor and didn’t bother to wipe it down. Got oil hand prints on my fenders, I have a white car it stuck out like a sore thumb, guy looked right at it and walked off. Not everyone there was that way. But the two working on my car did not show quality or professionalism. Will not return.
