They just got a new owner who updated this place and it looks so much better! They have a great beer and wine selection with knowledgeable employees. I love that they support other local businesses.The only reason I put four stars is that they are sometimes lacking in some staple items and I think they have an opportunity to also offer a better coffee selection. This store can also be quite expensive.

This is a wonderful store! Tom, who works on Saturdays( and is a teacher the rest of the week,) makes the best breakfast egg butty ever!nI look forward to it every week.nThe store has excellent coffee and delicious chocolate covered oreos!nThey have baked goods, plenty of sandwiches, frozen chicken pies from a local farmer yum yum!nLocal handmade soaps from a lovely local young man, Evan. wines, general snacks and household goods and nature photos.nThey make pizza on a Friday night, so phone in your order and enjoy.
Travelers, this is a wonderful hometown general store. Start with the fantastic selection of Dean's Bean's coffee, which you can buy by the pound or by the cup. Local baked goods and fresh made sandwiches. Friday is pizza night and they make them to order. They have a huge selection of wine, beer, and all sorts of libations. We recommend.
