Not very attentive or amicable to customers but they do ship stuff out quickly & efficiently!
I’m sooooo disappointed on how heartless people in this location can be, especially the manager, I’m not looking forwards to coming back to this location again.
Mail carrier lady is consistently mixing up mail, and this has become a problem. She needs to get off her phone and understand that she is 'actually' delivering important and confidential documents that GP citizens are waiting for. I know some of my neighbors have reported this ongoing issue, but nothing has yet been done to resolve it.
I had about 30 brochure filled envelopes and the rude female at the counter wanted to weigh one and sell me stamps for the rest. She didn't want to do her job and meter all the envelopes. I can't understand why this person still has a job when her customer service is pathetic.
Absolute horrible service. Two ladies that work inside are so hateful, and extremely rude all the time. Every-time I have gone in there, they din't even greet you or do things nicely. They seriously make you feel like a burden every single time. They should be fire immediately, I don't understand why they are there if they hate their job so much.
