I called and took a very long time to get off hold. Was told i have to show up to pay my ticket even being told i WASNT. She mentioned she could move the date so i requested and was told she cant do it over the phone?????nnWhy offer something when you cant do it. Sounds like laziness and unprofessional to me. They are not understanding people and just rude and ugly.

I get tickets all the time. Lead foot club. These folks have always been very professional with me. I have seen them match others attitudes however so if you want respect, give it or don't do anything to get a ticket.

Moved to 1114 Davis Street.nnNo issues at all, everyone was very friendly and professional. I’m reading other reviews stating the personnel is rude and unhelpful. That was not my experience at all.nnTo address the wait time, I was in and out in about 2.5 hours. I’m not sure if that’s a long wait or not because this was my first traffic ticket.
