Megan was a dream to work with! I highly recommend Megan and her amazing inventory to anyone looking for a more personal experience when renting china and tableware. Wedding planning is stressful and expensive. I didn't have the headspace to think about how I wanted my tables decorated, or the money to do a lot. With my input, Megan designed the table layout with her fabulous mismatched china, hand dyed table runners, vintage silverware and water pitchers truly elevating the table from the typical generic rental tableware at a comparable cost.
Megan executed a Formal Tea Party at Bridgewater State University flawlessly. She is an alum of our institution and her china added the exact element we needed to bring this event to fruition. Megan's expert opinion coupled with her responsiveness, professionalism and flexibility really made the difference for our event. She has a beautiful collection and inventory and is great to work with. Megan really took the time to learn what our needs were and match us with what she can offer. I highly recommend The Borrowed Teacup; we are very pleased!
I was thrilled to find Megan because I wanted to have a green and waste free party as much as possible. She provided appetizer, dinner and dessert plates to supplement the dishes that I already had. They were much nicer than the boring white ones that you can get at rental places. Megan is very easy to communicate and work with. She both dropped off and picked up the dishes. The bonus is supporting a small, local business.
I can't say enough about how much I loved working with The Borrowed Teacup for my event. Megan was so kind and helpful every step of the way. Her designs and collection are stunning and many of my guests said this was the prettiest baby shower they've ever been to! I can't wait for another reason to work with this amazing company!
I threw my daughter a bridal shower tea party, and my biggest problem was the tea cups!! I didn’t want to spend $5+ per cup and saucer like I found at yard sales and flea markets and what was I going to do with 40 tea cups afterwards anyhow!! So I found The Borrowed Tea Cup and Megan was a lifesaver! She was very easy to communicate with and even did a drop off/pick up for me at no charge. I highly recommend using her for a tea party
