It was a train station parking lot where the train pulls in, and at least Amtrack keeps itself, and it's stationed very clean and up to par; very well done, Amtrack

The lady that's worked in the train station was just helpful to me special when I told her I was DISABLE and it was my first time riding the train I even seen her go out her way to let a guy use her personal cell phone to call his family to buy him a train ticket,,she was truly amazing woman

A big delay... But the people were nice and Try to make us as comfortable as possible since there was no observation deck or dining car
