Praise Yeshua! The ride Was Plenty Cool, The New Seat Are Comfortable
Drivers are friendly, facilities are pretty clean and it's a very economic way to travel safely and quickly. Made a two day trip and had zero problems. You have to pay attention to announcements.
The buses were too crowded. No one seemed to know what to do when I asked them simple questions. One of the people I was forced to sit with sat ON me all bus ride and should have been forced to get 2 seats like she would have on a airplane. and thanks to the overcrowding (which was the main problem) I now have the flu and now get to enjoy my stay in Orlando with my extended family locked in my room like a diseased animal so i don't get anyone else sick. you ruined my first and last bus ride, I would rather walk all the way back instead of go through that nonsense again.

Terrible costumer services in Longview tx. Bus Station the old lady she is so ugly & bad actitud. We can't ask for Help & nothing ..she is so rude...it's better but tickets for online. Do you Job ma'am.. & smile .
