Jamaica Beach RV Park

We had a great stay here and would recommend. 4 stars because they have a fair amount of litter scattered over the place, full trash cans, and no one cleaned up the tiki bar pool the week we were there and it had a bunch of palm leaves in it. We had to stop eating breakfast for the young guy mowing and move our chairs and tables for him. He even bumped one of our tables and never said one word. That was very surprising. There is plenty to do for everyone. We enjoyed the putt putt golf. The campers we met were all very nice. It's a family run park and the palm trees were hit hard by the cold freeze, but look to survive. They have the largest hot tub we've ever seen. We'd recommend this park to anyone. Very dog friendly too.

My first thought... nope, don't like it. Too many campers in one spot. I'm used to camping in state or federal parks and wilderness areas. Boy was I wrong! The staff here is amazing and super friendly. They have an indoor pool ( the roof is currently being replaced) an outdoor pool, indoor adult only hot tub (huge) outdoor movie theater, very nice mini golf, kiddie splash pad, lazy river, and on and on. The beach is very close with a 10 -15 minute walk or shorter with a bicycle or golf cart. There is a bay behind the park that is about the same distance. For those who are camping and do not have bathrooms ( van or pop-up) the facilities here are very clean. As far as the number of campers, this had to be the quietest camp areas I have been at. Everyone I talked to was very pleasant. From my first impression, it didn't take long to change my mind. For families with children or retired couples I would definitely recommend this place.

I like Jamaica beach , but unfortunately some parts of it was closed as a result of hurricane Laura

I hate to give this beautiful secret away, what a slice of paradise so please subscribe to our YouTube channel as we try to make it grow and bring to our subscribers and followers the best of the best and plenty of helpful videos.nSo, here it goes,nWhat an amazing place, where not just fantastic memories are made but also new awesome lifetime friends can be made as well.nTons of amenities.nThere is three laundry, shower, restroom facilities on the property, they sell propane at a good price, walking distance to the beach with beautiful sunrises plenty of seashells, very nice pathway to the bay with places to sit, go fishing, catch blue crab, and watch spectacular sunsets.nEvery site is a pull through with full hook ups.nThere is an activity almost every single day for most every taste.nnIt’s close enough to town for supplies yet far enough away to get away from all of the hustle and bustle, Close enough to hear the ocean waves crash at night and not to close where your equipment will rust from that salt life after a few days.nSo many pools (wait till you see the brand new indoor one that is just about complete as of 3-2-2021, wow!), hot tub‘s, a lazy river, sauna, mini golf, hot fresh Hunt brothers pizza sold right at the office, even their own farmers market, such great owners, caretakers, and fellow campers, love this place.nThis place almost made Walter smile ;-)
