I didn't stay here, but my work mate said he liked it lots.

If I could only choose 0 stars, I would!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE experience. My family and I were their this past weekend. Our cabin they put us in had NO WORKING A.C! Called Theresa (the manager) and she said she would call the A.C. guy, (it was 85 degrees in our original cabin) and he never showed up. Plus, we had our 2 kids with us!!!!! We waited for over an hour for the A.C guy. When I called her the very first time she said that we could move into another one so that night we did. Also in our original cabin we noticed that the A.C unit froze over, there was ice in the tubes where the wire was in the A.C unit. when we moved to the other cabin, It was ok till I found Rat poison (the crystals) out behind the night stand and by the bed. As well as a light switch had water damage behind it too in the 'new' cabin she said we could move into. Through out my stay I've called the manager to let her know we took her offer to move into another cabin, because the guy never showed up. EVEN TEXTED HER as well to make sure! Then the next day she calls me and says in a couple hours new people are moving in to the cabin she offered us. I did call her multiple times and left her many voice mails before we switched cabins, throughout the process. We chose to leave early and still have not gotten our refund yet like she said we would, such poor management, communication, and hospitality, ALL of it was absolutely atrocious! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!nnUPDATE: so... The manager after everything went down said she would refund us the whole amount but then we agreed to do 178.89 that I would be getting back (honestly just wanted this whole thing to be done with witch is why I agreed.) Then I looked at my account and the receipt they gave me and it said 171.95. So they took 96.99 we agreed on for staying that one night). I don't know if the math was done wrong and miss calculated or what, but it was neither the less very frustrating. Not to mention Kitty (the owner) was very RUDE! She was cussing at me. Would not let me express my concerns that I had and having my kids with me while at the establishment. I was calm and collective in the beginning then she kept on interrupting me and justifying everything. Made me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about. We are never ever going back to this place again.

We enjoyed ourselves extremely. I do recommend that housekeeper do deep cleaning spider webs . bathroom walls were dirty. Also add a broom n dust pan to cabins.

Will be returning. Great place to stay
