It's holiday season and I can only imagine they are getting great reviews. The select holiday products they carry are on point. I've overheard many compliments about the selection. Especially at night, being the only 24 hour service in the area, it's not a gas station... it's a fulfilling experience. Get what you want or need from a half sized location open 24/7.

I suffer with extreme chronic migraines and take a number of medications daily. I used to have my prescriptions filled at the Kroger Pharmacy and they were incredible. I could call in a refill and pick it up 30 min later if needed. If they had any problems, they always called to let me know. I changed jobs in February and my new insurance does not cover Kroger. I’ve been utilizing this CVS pharmacy and they are awful. I’ve heard bad things about CVS but this was a entire new level of bad.nnWhen I call in medication it always take at least 24 hours if not longer. There have been times that I’ve asked if I could pick it up ASAP and it still takes over 6 hours. I called in a medication one morning and went to pick it up the following evening. I still had to stand there and wait an hour.nnNow with COVID I only go through the drive through and they have a gentleman who wears a piece of cloth around his face (not even a mask) and instead of using the microphone and glass window he insists on opening it. Makes no sense, especially with COVID.nnAwful customer service.nnUpdate: This is by far the worst pharmacy I’ve been been to. Tonight I’ve been sitting in line for meds for 35 min. The two cars in front of me haven’t even moved. I will never come back here. I’ll drive out of my way to not come here.

They are rude and unprofessional I called to see if they were open and the lady picked up and said well I answered didn’t I she didn’t have to be ugly if you don’t like your job find a new one!!

Called multiple times to the pharmacy to get advice on prescription before taking it. Was on hold from 14 min to 45 min - never picked up. Even called the manager who said they would go to the pharmacy and check - again put on hold with no end in sight. Called a few other CVS Pharmacys - same problem.
