The staff is extremely helpful in finding products and quite accommodating with respect to allowing returns if the wrong size or product is purchased. They didn't have the type of collar we were seeking, but they did find a reasonable substitute. Also they were out of the dog food we normally purchase there but again, had a reasonable substitute of the same brand (just different flavor). The prices are excellent! While we went into the store this past visit, a prior visit we used car-side pick-up. In that visit we had pre-ordered everything so of course, they had all we were seeking. Between the convenient location, the help of the staff, and the prices, this is my new favorite pet-store by far.
I went here for my first time recently and was so pleasantly surprised! I have a thing for reptiles and can’t stand chain pet stores. I went in here expecting to see the worst but the leopard geckos all looked healthy and they had a great variety. I can’t keep fish tanks living for the life of me and this store had the cleanest fish tanks I’ve ever seen! The customer service was great, and they had the cutest sweetest cat for ADOPTION!
I recently adopted a cat and stopped by to grab some stuff. This place has a great selection of affordable food, toys, and cat supplies! The employees were also really friendly and helpful. I've been back a few times and never had a bad experience.
Everyone is so kind. Both the register lady and gentleman today helped me and my baby boxer with a bath and our online order. Prices are great and very friendly staff. I have been here other days as well and everyone has always been so helpful and kind. Love this place!
This place is nice and has a good selection of pet food, treats, and toys. The store is clean and well organized. Their pricing is comparable to most grocery store pricing and they also send out coupons all the time, which I appreciate.
