My first time visiting was December 2020. After all the time I've lived in the area I have always wanted to stop by. Not much to see this visit since the fire department had just ran a control burn. I see people come here to be photographed when flowers are in bloom. It's a nice little spot.
Beautiful spot to rest and decompress.
Beautiful exhibits and great employees.
It's a mound of dirt that has run of the mill wildflowers for a couple months out of the year. Why FloMo decided to take it's name from this geographic oddity is beyond me. You're better off going to any other FloMo park if you want nature or a slightly elevated view.
Good historical spot to have sunrise Easter service at and to honor vets on Memorial day.
