I’ve always had a great experience with this small town pharmacy. Being from a big city, but now living in a small town nearby, I’m so grateful for the attentiveness, care and customer service whenever I need prescriptions filled or a question answered.

My husband and I went in today to get our flu shots and were told we had to have our Medicare cards. I tired several times to explain that we have Humana Advantage and do not have regular medicare cards. The pharmacist came out and was very rude and told me to take my business back where I usually go. I went back to my truck and called Humana. They ARE contracted with Humana but we will never darken their doorway again.I filed insurance for 25 years but this business would NOT take 2 minutes to call and see why they could not get claim to go through! Went down the highway to Axtell and they got on the phone and resolved the issue with filing and were SO NICE and professional!

Russell's personal expertise and knowledge are each vast, and anyone with chronic or acute problems would be well served to contact him for guidance. This pharmacy is quality defined. Russell Pelzel is a fake Christian. We just got into a heated discussion about my cost for a medication. He then brings up my DEAD SON. What kind of person does that? I've been his customer since he opened in Pilot Point and have always been a cash payer until today. Strange how I use my new insurance after 10 years without that he decides to get ugly. I guess I'm not his cash cow anymore. You can vigorously argue but when you throw up someone's DEAD SON, you've crossed the line. FAKE CHRISTIAN
