Had to report the pharmacy staff several times for HIPAA violations. Since switching from Rite Aid to Walgreens the customer service has declined considerably. Privacy is a thing of the past, kindness is a word in the dictionary and respect is found only at other pharmacies. If you’re looking for long waits, rude staff and mistakes on your medication, this is the place for you! I left this place over six months ago and judging from another reviewer I see the same mistakes are still being made. Violations are still happening on a regular. Steer clear unless you want other people knowing your personal information.

A pharmacy worker yelled my personal medical message from my Doctor a out a medicine I had so loud my deceased relatives could hear my business from their graves.She could of told the one that got my medicine for me the message instead of yelling that very loudly.He was standing right their,He could of relayed the message to me.

Nice new walgreens inthe former rite aid location! Updated very nicely with wider aisles to shop more comfortably!

When rite aid left they took all the customer service with them. Blown away at the rudeness of these people, especially in the pharmacy. I always call ahead for my prescriptions and still always end up waiting.
