My fiancé and I went here to send off a letter. We came just before closing and they were so kind and patient with us! They helped us send out our letter and provided awesome customer service.
I have been sending things from there via USPS and other options, and I also used the shredding service once. This is definitely the most convenient solution for mailing/sending things. I never go to the post office anymore. Price differences (if any) really don't matter. Your time is more precious and there is never a long wait there. You can also buy stamps there and many other items. The customer service is great. Very friendly and helpful and I have my details in their system, so I don't have to provide them each time.
The man who waited on my wife today was very rude and dismissive. There is no reason to act like this. We are long time customers but may reconsider doing business with this person in the future.

I've been a customer of U-Mail It for many years and have been extremely happy with the service that Bennie gives his customers. Yes, he adds a mark up on postage/shipping but his knowledge, attention to detail and personal service are worth every penny. I never have to fill in labels or forms, everything he does is electronic and the next I time I ship to that person, the address is already in his system ready to go.nnContrary to the first review, this is not a Scam Place. If you didn't like the cost of shipping you are free to go elsewhere and find a better price or wait in line at the Post Office.
