HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE FRONT COUNTER!!nnThe lady that did my transaction (Jessica) was very nice I have no issue with her. However, the large black guy working 2 stations down was extremely rude to me. I had about 30 prepaid packages that I needed scanned because I wanted a receipt. I am a very busy online retailer and I like to know that my packages have been accepted by USPS. The black guy yelled at me from his station and told me next time I need to go to the self service kiosk to drop my packages off and that I was holding up the line. I don't see why it is an issue for me to have my packages scanned at the front counter. He continued to argue with me about holding up the line in front of a customer that he was helping along with a few others that were standing in line. I have never experienced such horrible customer service at any other post office. This guy should not be out front assisting customers because he is very VERY rude. Please address the with the employee or forward this to the local branch manager of that post office. This is not my first time having an encounter with this rude employee. He is rude every time I go to that location. I find it funny that the guy standing in line behind me walked up to the front counter to get serviced the same exact time I did, and he only had 3 packages to drop off (the black guy was helping him), but my cashier finished all 30 packages before he did. He must really hate his job!!

Wish I could give the postal office 0 stars. Don’t have a difficult job yet the workers can’t do it well. Especially with shipping. You drive and deliver. Not you drive and keep the customers product and wait for them to pick it up at the local... this gotta change. Amazon shipment has done the common sense thing by leaving it in front of the doors. Somehow usps has yet to catch up.. old and slow just like their workers..

The line was long when I arrived; however, it cycled fairly quickly. I really liked the customer service at this location. No complaints, and that's rare for a Post Office!

Extremely disappointed. The lady at the front told me to leave the package with the other packages since it was already pre-labeled... so I did. Didn’t get any type of confirmation. 10 days later the package was never scanned.... it’s like they honestly just stole it. I had to issue my customer a refund and got my package stolen from usps... great. I called usps and they told me I haven’t dropped off the package... i was freakin speechless. BECAUSE I DROPPED IT OFF 10 DAYS AGO...

Helpful person directing people for services. lines are inevitable.
