There's a younger Indian guy who is the Pharmacist. Probably one of the best Pharmacist my wife and I have ever encountered. On different occasions, was able to help us work with the insurance to get medication refills and replacements. Not everyone would have taken the extra step to help us. Don't remember his name, but he sets the bar pretty high. All visits were inside the store and not drive through. If you want good help, go inside and see this guy.

This place is always clean. The staff is friendly and very helpful. It’s never that busy when I go. Everything I need is always in stock.

Poor communications. They are trying so hard to force everyone to talk to a computer, but when the system fails, the employees are rude and try to blame the customer. Very impersonal unless you actually drive there and walk inside for every single transaction or communication. Their system gives no feedback from calls to doctors. If you have multiple prescriptions, a robot will call and tell you they are ready but when you drive in they’ll tell you that only two of the three are ready and you’ll need to come back tomorrow for the third. They constantly call to sell you their subscription meds, but can’t be bothered to actually call when there’s a problem with a simple prescription. The entire company’s approach assumes that I love to take an hour out of my day to drive to their store, because that’s the only way they actually provide service.
