Courteous, knowledgeable staff. Easy and gentle with my shaky dog. Dr. Kline very courteous, and explained in detail my dogs dental condition and procedure used for her dental cleaning and extractions. Dr. Kline and staff patiently answered all my questions leaving me assured they will give the best of care to my dog. The estimate for the dental procedure was detailed, understandable, and affordable. I am able to provide the care my dog deserves because of their affordable prices.

I found THRIVE in August 2020 when my dog injured his back and they were able to see him immediately, and I recently took him in for his physical and vaccinations for the year (Feb 2021). I was not happy with his former veterinary care before finding THRIVE. Both times, I've been pleasantly shocked at how well the staff communicates with you--from the receptionist/techs when I drop off and pickup, to the vet calling me from the exam room to give me an update and answer any of my questions. THRIVE has been great! Their customer service is professional, thorough, and attentive; they are always willing to answer my questions honestly and provide a quote for pricing. Their prices are unbeatable, as well. I will be switching over to THRIVE as my primary veterinarian for both my dog and my cat, and I would highly recommend to family and friends. i am posting in hopes to save someone some peace of mind, time and energy. I am currently (tho not for long) a THRIVE VIP Membership which means I pay a subscription a month for discounts on service and office visits.nnToday is the second time THRIVE has cancelled or rescheduled my appointment with zero notification.nnThe reappointment came because the vet I was scheduled for was at a different location (30 mins the opposite direction I had just driven to get to the original location) .nnToday, I called ahead to let my location know I was running late. I was notified that I never had an appointment and they tried to go through the appointing process. I questioned why I had to go through this since I already set my appointment on the app and received a confirmation email. I was put on hold for 5 minutes and when she returned, she said that I must have cancelled it since there's no way they could have. From a business standpoint, I do not understand why a clerical error that would have been made on their side is being blamed on the customer a VIP one at that.nnI will be cancelling my subscription to their VIP service and recommend anyone from using their services since this is how they treat their VIP customers. . Aside from the clerical issues, it is never guaranteed that your pet will see the same vet since they rotate vets to their different locations. If it's a one time thing, the risk might be worth it to you. But if you're looking for attentive, consistent care for your pet, DO NOT USE THRIVE.nnThank you for reading

Love the staff. They take great care of stella bean and love her as much as I do. I was thinking about getting her microchipped but the Dr brought up an excellent point. The needle is very big and she's kinda small. He recommended waiting till I get her spayed to do it. What a thoughtful point. ❤ufe0f

They are always on time, very quick to handle all of our appointments. The technology is helpful as there is an app that shows all of the updated vaccinations, weight of my dog, etc. and as soon as the appointment is over you pay with a credit/debit card through a link so it streamlines the process. Overall a fantastic and affordable clinic, especially with the $10/month membership. I’ve saved over $80 over two appointments with it
