Helpful staff. Dog grooming is quick and reasonably priced. Love the selection and variety of cookies/ treats. We've been back a few times.
I wish I could give this place ZERO stars!nnWe had a horrible experience here and will never be coming back. I am writing this to warn others to stay away from here at all costs.nnTake a look at the new owners' responses to the bad reviews here and you can see just how unprofessional and incompetent Shelley and her husband are. She does not address the problems at hand and instead, tries to excuse their mistakes with irrelevant comments that don't fix the underlying issue. If your staff makes a mistake, own up to it and fix it. In several reviews, you re-iterate the problem and do nothing to fix it.nnIf you want your pet to have an awful time and a bad haircut, this is the place to go.nIf you want subpar customer service and pet care, this is the place to go.nIf you want to waste your time and spend money for poor service, this is the place to go.nnReported to the Better Business Bureau.
I've been bringing my Pom here for a couple years now. They always take such good care of him. He doesn't get nervous when I drop him off and willingly follows whoever takes him back to get groomed. I love that they also have a great variety of toys, harnesses, leashes, food, packaged and fresh treats.. pretty much anything you'd need for your fur baby. Definitely recommend.
My experience overall was a 10/10.. from being greeted at the door, to making my quinnie feel loved from the start.. As soon as I picked her up, I was impressed! Quinnie was just as happy as I was! Thank you guys, definitely will be back and making this location her new to go to grooming place!
Seriously the best experience! Shelley (the new owner) is awesome and super friendly. They have so many high quality food and treat options. Took my puppy in for her first grooming with Alissa, and I love the results. Everyone is very kind and informative. I will definitely be back!
