I wasn’t very happy about the customer service there. I had a $5 rewards but it wasn’t loading into my account and the cashier, Sharon, did nothing about it. Even tho she saw the rewards on my phone she just stared at me. She told us to call someone instead of her helping us right then and there. They sadly lost a customer but I guess I can go to Pet Supplies Plus or Pet Smart.
Close to my office and easy to swing by and pick up food.! Also, the staff is very friendly. Always have my dog food in stock. Still a great store and like that they will deliver the next / Same day!

Very hit and miss.... nothing is ever in stock always have to do pick up in Plano and I live across the street!!!
