I’ve had numerous positive encounters at Hollywood Feed, prior to encountering one employee, who does not ethically facilitate adequate customer service. The employee—can’t remember the name, but had long hair and was a male, was impudent throughout the whole time I was there. Not only were his responses to the questions that I asked were ill-mannered, but he did not really help me out at all; however, another woman managed to assist me with my needs in a professional manner. In a business setting, professionalism needs to be maintained with every customer, but unfortunately, it did not happen with this particular employee. Other than that encounter, I did liked Hollywood Feed, but since that incident happened, it left a sour taste in my mouth, and I haven’t returned since then.
The most amazing and helpful staff!! Every time we come in we have been so well taken care of and have never left without all of our questions being answered. Our girl loves to come in and see everyone and get some awesome snacks! Great quality at great prices!! ud83eudd17
