This place is Amazing. The food here is great and the service is great. They never get my order wrong and the food is always fresh.
I have ordered from Yu's half a dozen times with no problem, until today. I ordered before the dinner rush, and when almost two hours later my food hadn't arrived, I called the restaurant to be told that my food was on the way. A few minutes later, someone that I assume was the manager, called me and accused me of not being able to find my food outside. I live in an apartment, if the food was dropped at the door, it can't really be hidden. After multiple times of telling her that the food was not there, she told me they would send out another delivery.nnAnother 35 minutes later, my food arrived. When asking the delivery driver what happened, he said he accidentally delivered it to the apartment complex next door. As I dished out my food, it was room temperature at best. It sure seems like he went back to that apartment, where the food had likely been sitting outside for an hour, and re-delivered it. I really hope this isn't the case, and a fresh meal was prepared, but when everything is cold and soggy, I can't see how that would be the case.nnI have been trying to support restaurants in the area with everything going on, and this was on my rotation, until now. There are far too many options for us to choose in this area, and you guys lost a customer today.
I dont care what others post. We been ordering delivery from this place since we got burned out on mangos... This place has large portions, always fresh, lightening fast delivery, nice staff and the food is bomb. We will continue to be patrons!
Amazing, chicken always comes out crispy when I order from here. Fantastic lunch menu
